Ingredients:
- 1¾ Cups heavy cream
- 1¼ Cup whole milk
- ¾ Cup sugar
- ⅛ Tsp fine sea salt
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
Optional Add-Ins: 2 Cups soft brownies, cookies
Instructions
- Pour 1 Cup of cream into saucepan
- Add sugar and salt
- Warm mixture over medium heat, just until sugar dissolves
- Remove from heat and add remaining cream, milk, and vanilla
- Stir to combine and chill in the refrigerator.
- When ready to churn, whisk mixture again and pour into ice cream maker
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer finished icecream to airtight container and place in freezer until ready to serve
