Easy Homemade Icecream (With Icecream Maker)


  •  Cups heavy cream
  •  Cup whole milk
  • ¾ Cup sugar
  •  Tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 Tbs vanilla extract 

Optional Add-Ins:  2 Cups soft brownies, cookies


  1. Pour 1 Cup of cream into saucepan
  2. Add sugar and salt
  3. Warm mixture over medium heat, just until sugar dissolves
  4. Remove from heat and add remaining cream, milk, and vanilla
  5. Stir to combine and chill in the refrigerator.
  6. When ready to churn, whisk mixture again and pour into ice cream maker
  7. Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer finished icecream to airtight container and place in freezer until ready to serve
  8. Enjoy!
